Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Timeframes
We ship across the contiguous United States. Estimated delivery times vary by product and supplier:
- Standard delivery: 5–10 business days
- Freight/oversized items (e-bikes, scooters): 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-demand periods.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on qualifying orders. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Oversized & Freight Items
E-bikes, electric scooters, and other large items are shipped via freight carrier. Freight deliveries are curbside unless otherwise noted. Please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment, as a signature may be required.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date at hello@meridiangrace.shop. We will work with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue promptly.
International Shipping
At this time, we ship within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
